The company was incorporated in December 1974 by Jack Clough, the current owner's father, who had been one of the countries top pioneering salesmen of the 50's and 60's in the introduction of dictation systems to solving speech to text solutions for the greater business community as well as the general public. Further to the demise of the founder in 1978, the company has continued it's tradition of service to the public as specialists in dictation and speech processing.

Furthermore the company looks forward to the promotion of a new era of Digital Dictation Technology offering further improvements in work-flow efficiency and flexible work patterns.
