24/7 Parcels UK, was established October 2004. The company was started with one contract to delivering promotional information throughout the London area.

In our efforts to continue to provide full service to our customers, we have expanded our operations to all major cities in the UK, as well as, Europe. Our growth has been successful because of our commitment and dedication to provide an excellent courier service at affordable prices.

Our excellent service and customer relations are due to our management team dedicated to quality operations. Our managers are well qualified with five or more years of courier operations experience. Our managers' top concern is to maintain the highest level of performance possible, with a 98% on time performance standard for any given month.

The mission of 24/7 Parcels UK, is to efficiently service our various customers and effectively expand service areas. We are committed to increasing the efficiency of our delivery network and service through the use of daily interaction, communication and technology with our customers and employees.

All drivers are uniformed and carry company identification. Each driver is equipped with a mobile telephone for communication with our network. Drivers hired by our company must pass a background check, have a clean driving licence, and submit to periodic and random drug testing. Our new drivers receive a minimum three (3) day orientation and training. This includes routing, paperwork, company rules and procedures, Our drivers are monitored on daily basis, with performance evaluated monthly. These evaluations are essential in maintaining consistent interaction with those in the field.

Our office is fully staffed with trained professionals and have a minimum of two (2) back up drivers readily available in the event of any type of emergency.

You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If at any time your operations centre has questions, concerns or changes, all he/she will need to do is call, for immediate connection to a driver or supervisor, we will go that extra mile to assure customer satisfaction.
